4-STEP ORDERING PROCESS

Our design system is simple, precise and cost-effective.

Step 1:

You can browse our website or any other design magazine/website. Pick the style you like and send us a picture/measurements. It’s that simple!

(Tip: it sometimes best to have a professional door installer measure your door for replacement applications. For new construction we request that you send us your door opening specifications. Watch the video on how to successfully measure a door. If you have any questions please call us and we will talk you through the process)

Step 2:

We will draw your design in CAD and send it to you for approval.

Step 3:

See our Options Page and specify glass and finish selections

Step 4:

Manufacturing begins and delivery arrangements are made.

PAYMENT

 Starting production requires a 50% deposit as a down payment via cash, check or credit card. When work is completed we will send you detailed pictures of your order for approval. Packing is complete using our secure crating system. Final payment is due FOB factory.

SHIPPING

Most products take approximately 2 months from time of order to delivery, but please allow for delays. Once you have gathered the above information please complete the 'Request a Quote' form. * You will not be bothered with email or telemarketing
