4-Step Ordering Process
(Please read first. Don’t Worry! This is process is only to gather data for an initial free quote. We can make changes later in the process)
Choose a style for your door. Choose a style from our Gallery or obtain a picture, sketch or drawing. Feel free to use your imagination!
Fill out our easy to use Door Quote Form. It’s OK to use estimated measurements for now. You will not be bothered with unwanted emails or calls.
We’ll send you a drawing of your door for your approval and editing.
Manufacturing begins and delivery arrangements are made. (see our payment and delivery notes below)
Payment
Starting production requires a 50% deposit as a down payment via cash, check or credit card. When work is completed we will send you detailed pictures of your order for approval. Packing is completed using our secure crating system. Final payment is due FOB factory.
Shipping
Most products take approximately 2 months from time of order to delivery, but please allow for delays. Our products are shipped to a bonded warehouse near you.
Warranty Info
Our product is warrantied for functionality. Minor cosmetic deficiencies will be fixed in a reasonable professional manor on site by your installer. We will cover the expense of such repairs. Please see your invoice for more details. Due to varying environmental conditions paint is warrantied for 3 years. However, most paint will last 10-15 years.
