We specialize in manufacturing high quality custom iron doors for the inside of your home and
custom iron exterior doors, for homes and offices, relying on superior craftsmanship and a
dedication to build only the best custom iron door possible with features and specifications that are
simply unmatched by any of our competitors.
Payment
To begin production we require a 50% deposit as a down payment via cash, check or credit card.
When work is completed we will send you detailed pictures of your order from the factory for approval etc. Final Payment is due at this time. Packing is complete using our secure crating system.
SHIPPING TIME: PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
Most custom products take approximately 2-3 months from time of order to delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as these are custom orders, meticulously crafted for fit and finish. You may experience delays in shipping and manufacturing. The web is full of false claims regarding delivery times. It is impossible to guarantee precise delivery dates for such a product.
Although delays have occurred, we have never failed to deliver a beautiful product. Many clients feel that ordering on a credit card provides more comfort with regard to order security. We use Bank of America for our credit card processing and have never had a claim against us.
Products are shipped to the nearest bonded warehouse in your area. Most major cities are serviced and door to door shipping can be arranged. Products must be picked up within 2 days of arrival. Notice will be given well in advance. Bonded warehouses are known for charging excessive storage charges within 2 days of arrival. We can put you in touch with the warehouse if you would like to arrange storage. We will pay for IN/OUT charges, if any, for warehouse pickup. Storage charges are the clients responsibility.
